By over floating students with information so that they need to read articles diagonally - are we not supporting superficiality?
Considering that students of virtual generation have always too much information and too many tools and still 24 hours per day, perhaps we should encourage students to go more deep into the materials?

From my point of view to some degree you are right, but people have different interests, different backgrounds, different knowledge. Not all the students need the same articles, the same material to study. The need for exploring some certain issues should come from the learners and we have weekly questions that indicate the direction. Learners in higher education should have some kind of idea about the lack of their knowledge in certain areas. Just my opinion.
